Appointments~
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. If you are late, you could lose time off your services. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to check in, receive your locker and prepare for your service. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon. This will insure the appointment when and with whom you wish.
Cancellations~
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for
a single service. A 72 hour cancellation notice is required for package services. If notification is not received within these time requirements, a cancellation fee will be charged. In case of a gift certificate, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the value of the certificate.
Gratuities~
Most services performed at La Carezza are not inclusive of tips. If you are satisfied with your service it is customary to tip your operator or therapist. Our Customer Service Providers will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Quiet Please!
All Cell phones must be turned off when in the spa area, as it can interfere with another client's peacefulness, or distract our operators. To maintain our spa atmosphere please keep talking down to a whisper. We also ask that you do not bring children under the age of 15 to the spa with you.
